Cook Time: 20 minutes

Main Ingredients:

 1 1/2 to 2-pound beef flank steak
Optional garnishes: orange slices and rosemary sprigs

Marinade Ingredients:

1 cup prepared teriyaki marinade and sauce
 1/2 cup chopped onion
 1/3 cup honey
 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
 1 large clove garlic, crushed
 pepper

Directions:
  1. In small bowl, combine marinade ingredients; add pepper, as desired. Set aside 3/4 cup marinade for basting.
  2. Place steak and remaining marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat. Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator 30 minutes; turn once.
  3. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 17 to 21 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness; turn occasionally and baste with reserved 3/4 cup marinade.
  4. Place remaining basting marinade in small saucepan; place on grid of grill and bring to a boil. Meanwhile carve steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Spoon hot marinade over beef. Garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs, if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
