Cook Time: 10 minutes

Main Ingredients:

 1 beef sirloin steak (1 1/2 pounds)

Marinade Ingredients:

1 cup prepared lite teriyaki marinade
 1/2 cup chopped onion
 1/3 cup honey
 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
 1 clove garlic, crushed
 pepper

  1. In medium shallow dish, combine marinade ingredients, adding pepper, as desired; whisk until blended. Remove and reserve 3/4 cup for basting.
  2. With sharp knife, slice sirloin into 1/4 inch strips. Place steak in remaining marinade in dish, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
  3. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Thread steak on skewers. Place steak on grid over medium ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 8-10 minutes, turning once for medium-rare to medium doneness. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
  4. Place remaining basting marinade in small saucepan; bring to a boil for 1 minute. Spoon hot marinade over beef and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, as desired. Makes 6 servings.
