1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
Stir together ginger, oil and 2 tablespoons cilantro in a small bowl.
Rub mixture on steak and sprinkle with pepper.
2. Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 5-6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
3. Remove from grill; squeeze juice from lime over steak and sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt.
4. Cover loosely with foil and let stand 6-8 minutes.
Meanwhile stir edamame and remaining four tablespoons cilantro into prepared rice.
Cut steak across grain into thin slices and serve over rice.
